CLASSIC ROCK REWIND CAMP
Sure, Rock & Roll began in the 50s, but when people say “Classic Rock,” you think of those influential bands from the 60’s and 70’s that took Rock & Roll and made it... well, ROCK! Bands like Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC and more. In School of Rock Oceanside's Classic Rock summer camp, the students will discover and learn the Classic Rock jams that have influenced contemporary Rock acts ever since.
Campers will meet and interact with other young musicians to learn a set of songs all leading up to a final live performance! Programs are taught by our staff of amazing musicians who combine years of technical expertise and knowledge with extensive experience working with kids. Students gain music appreciation, song structure, music fundamentals and teamwork in an amazing rock n' roll environment!
New to an instrument? No Problem! We also offer private lesson packages leading up to camp!
Discounts can not be combined with other offers. All camps are subject to minimum enrollment. Space is limited.
SCHEDULE FOR THE FULL-DAY CAMP:
- It runs from 9am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday and 9am-12pm on Friday
- The earliest you may drop off is 8:45am
- You may pick up your student anytime between 3pm-3:30pm Monday-Thursday, and directly after the concert on Friday
- There will be a concert on Friday at 12pm
REQUIREMENTS:
- Students ages 10+
- Parents must sign waivers for yourself and your child before camp starts
- Parents must upload a picture of your student to the student's account page, for safety and recognition
- Final payment must be made in full the week before camp starts, in order to attend.
